As a valued member of our Cyberlocker affiliate program, we would like to update you regarding the situation with Cyberlocker.
As many our users are aware, we lost our ability to process Visa and Mastercard payments on March 15th when our primary payment processor, Paguelofacil, withdrew our merchant account along with several other major cloud hosting services. This has affected our ability to collect premium payments and the profitability of the site.
Therefore, all payouts will be suspended until we have obtained the new merchant solution. Once we have the new merchant solution in place we will update our affiliates specifically on how we are moving forward with paying the balances owed.
As you know, the cloud hosting industry, and file sharing industry are under a lot of pressure at the moment. We are striving to find a long term payment solution for premium payments, as we want Cyberlocker to serve as a permanent solution for our users and affiliates as well.
That being said, we appreciate your patience with us during this time period as we strive to make Cyberlocker better for everyone involved.

Dear Cyberlocker Users,
As many our users are aware, we lost our ability to process Visa and Mastercard payments on March 15th when our primary payment processor, Paguelofacil, withdrew our merchant account along with several other major cloud hosting services. Subsequently, we are not able to accept payments for Premium accounts until we establish a new relationship with a new bank. We are currently working with a multiple banks in order to restore our ability to sale premium memberships and renewals to our valued customers. We expect to have some solution in place within 30 days time.
For the time being we have extended the following to our users:
1) All premium memberships have been extended for 30 days automatically.
2) We have added a coupon which will allow any of your friends, customers, associates a free 30 day premium account.
The Coupon Code is: cyberfree
In the event that it takes us more than 30 days to have our new payment solution in place, we will be extending the premium memberships free of charge again.
Please note that during this time we will continue to provide fast clean cloud hosting services to our customers, and plan to add several new server clusters during that time period.

Affiliates payments are going out as wires are being received. The 15th and 30th day payouts will not come into effect until we are caught up with everyone in payments. We know we are behind and many of you have already gotten paid. Everyone will eventually get paid we ask you to please be patient your payment will be sent. We are working very hard to grow Cyberlocker and we know this is not possible without your continued support.
Some of you using STP have still not changed your email to your STP User name. We have posted this in news in the past and in comments. Please update this information many payments have not gone out because of this.

Solid Trust Pay suspended our account and we are correctly working on a getting this resolved with them. If this is not resolved within 7 days we will be changing to a different payment form. Please check the news section to stay informed.

Greetings Valued Customer,
Cyber Locker is informing the Western Union users that they will be receiving their payouts between the 15th to the 30th. We are unfortunately limited to sending 3 payouts a day. Payments have already started going out since the 15h and we’ll do our best to send the payouts in a timely fashion.
In addition, STP payments will be delayed due to technical problems; payments will be sent out on or before the 30th.
We please ask that you be patient with us as we fix our technical issues and work on better serving all of our affiliates. Also we remind you that our affiliate page has the payout dates which are every 15th and 30th of every month, unless said dates are on a weekend.
A temporary problem that all users have been dealing with is the slow speed that our site has been experiencing. We are in the process of adding 148 TB of data (48 nodes) tomorrow that will solve this issue. However it will take about one week for the site to stabilize.
We ask that you please be understanding and patient as we fix this problem.

Due to changes in the advertising market, we have updated our affiliate program with new pricing and changes to country tiers.
8 commentsWe have setup a new round robin FTP system that will allow you to simple use one FTP hostname to upload your files instead of having to manually select FTP server manually. To access the next available FTP server, simply use the hostname FTP.CYBERLOCKER.CH with your Cyberlocker Username and Password. If you have any questions, please let us know.

FTP33.CYBERLOCKER.CH
FTP37.CYBERLOCKER.CH
FTP41.CYBERLOCKER.CH
Use your username and password to login to the FTP server.
Also please take note that FTP01.CYBERLOCKER.CH and FTP03.CYBERLOCKER.CH have been disabled as these servers are in the process of being upgraded to larger disks.
